To Heat Brisket: |

Place brisket in an oven safe dish. |

Pour in enclosed meat juices and
additional water if needed.
Cover dish tightly with aluminum
foil. |

Heat
in 275°-300° oven until
desired temperature is achieved
(approx. 45-60 minutes for the
whole brisket) |

To Slice Brisket: |

Begin slicing from the point
(small end). The grain will run
diagonally across the meat; be
sure you are slicing across the
grain. Enjoy! |

To Heat Chicken: |
|
► |
Place chicken half, skin side
up, in an oven safe dish. |
|
► |
Add ¼” of water into the bottom
of the pan. Cover tightly with
foil. |

► |
Heat at 300° for approx. 45
minutes. |

|
|
To Heat Ribs: |
|
► |
Place ribs in a large oven safe
dish or on a cookie sheet, meat
side up. |

► |
Add ¼” water to bottom of pan
and cover tightly with foil. |

► |
Heat at 250° for 45-60 minutes. |
|
|
|
To Heat Sausage: |
|
► |
Place sausage in an oven safe
dish. |
|
► |
Add ¼” water to pan. Cover
tightly with foil. |
|
► |
Heat at 300° for 30-45 min. |
|
Optional stove-top method: |
|
► |
Place links in a skillet with ½”
water. |
|
► |
Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes
until plump. |
