After Having Your Smoked Brisket Shipped
To heat brisket:
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Remove plastic vacuum wrap and place brisket in an oven-safe dish.
- Pour in enclosed meat juices and additional water if needed to reach ¼” in the bottom of pan. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Heat in 275˚-300˚ oven until the desired temperature is achieved (approx. 45-60 minutes for the whole brisket).
To slice brisket:
- Begin slicing from the point (small end). The grain will run diagonally across the meat; be sure you are slicing across the grain. Enjoy!
